USAF Proselytizer Denied Promotion

Brig. General Johnny Weida, known as one of the evangelical Christian officers at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and who reportedly told cadets they are "accountable first to your God", has been denied a promotion. A spokesman for the Senate Armed Services Committee, said no action was taken regarding the promotion because Weida is still under investigation.
