Brazilian Suspect Wasn't Fleeing

New evidence being reported by ITV in England is confirming that Jean Charles De Menezes, the Brazilian man shot and killed by London Metropolitan Police wasn't wearing a bulky jacket, wasn't carrying packages, and wasn't vaulting barriers, as had been reported at the time. Instead, closed circuit TV videos reportedly show the man walking at a normal pace, even stopping to pick up a newspaper, running only to catch a train before it left.

Most disturbingly though is the report that Mr. Menezes was shot after being apprehended by plainclothes officers and "pushed" back into his subway seat.

"I grabbed the male in the denim jacket by wrapping both my arms around his torso, pinning his arms to his side. I then pushed him back on to the seat where he had been previously sitting. I then heard a gun shot very close to my left ear and was dragged away onto the floor of the carriage."

Mr. Menezes, who was unarmed, was shot seven times in the head and once in the shoulder. Police are currently not commenting.

A cascade of blatant lies from the very top down -- from Metropolitan Police Commissioner Ian Blair to the trigger-happy plain-clothes CO19/SO19 officers -- have now been exposed as a cover-up of an horrific catalogue of failures that led to the police-murder of an innocent Brazilian man at Stockwell Underground station.

Further details of the lies and cover-up.
