Bush-McCain Fundraiser Cancelled
An event scheduled for the Phoenix Convention Center featuring President Bush, and meant to raise money for Senator McCain's bid for the White House has been canceled due to poor ticket sales, which led to "concerns about more anti-war protesters showing up outside the venue than attending the fundraiser inside". Instead, the fundraising will be done at private residences in the Phoenix area.via tpm
