Feds: Dismiss 'Secret Flight' Lawsuit

The U.S. government asked a federal court late on Friday to dismiss a lawsuit against a unit of Boeing Co that charges the firm helped fly suspects abroad to secret prisons.

Its ridiculous to punish companies for helping the executive break the law. It is ridiculous to punish those (QWEST) that do not. We are a nation of laws. Too bad our leadership is too inept to enforce them. That's both sides of the aisle, leadership that works in its own self-interest, not the constitutionally mandated for the people.
