SCOTUS: Gitmo Trials are Illegal
In a 5-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the Bush Administration illegally overstepped its authority when it ordered military trials for detainees held in the U.S. base at Guantanamo Bay.

The entire US of A seems to have overstepped its authority. Recently a producer from LA told me that,on returning from a business trip to Korea to procure more highly skilled animators to churn out disneyesque crap @ $4p.h, she kissed the ground in thankfulness that she was back in a country that valued freedom.
I laughed and laughed.
