Three Americans Guilty of Running "Private Jail"
Three Americans accused of imprisioning Afghans in a private jail were found guilty Wednesday in a Kabul court. At least one defendant claims to have had high-level Pentagon support, and the U.S. military in Afghanistan has admitted receiving a prisoner from him, but says the Americans were freelancers operating outside the law.
