Rumsfeld, ummm, mis-spoke about shoot down

During Secretary Rumsfeld's recent "see how much I care" trip to Iraq, he mentioned that on Sept 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 had been "shot down" over Pennsylvania. Coulter to Islam: See what you're missing?

At first I thought this was a joke, but then I was reminded: We don't need to invent things to mock Ann Coulter. She provides them herself. From the front page of today's edition of her web site:

To The People Of Islam:
Just think: If we'd invaded your countries, killed your leaders and converted you to Christianity YOU'D ALL BE OPENING CHRISTMAS PRESENTS RIGHT ABOUT NOW!
Merry Christmas

That's right, because nothing expresses Christian Values in the same way as invasion, killing, and forced religious conversion.

The U.S. declined to remove the decoration and today the Cubans erected two huge billboards showing the abuse at Abu Ghraib, and a swastika.
